Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind the fit and quality of every pair of trousers we sell. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the return process as simple and smooth as possible.

1. Return Period

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within this 30-day window. Returns shipped after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused

- Free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume odors, or any signs of wear

- In original condition with all tags intact and attached

- Packed in the original bag or box

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

If returned items are in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the items back to the customer at the customer's expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Gift cards

- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

- Trousers that have been altered, hemmed, customized, or personalized

- Items with original tags removed

- Items not returned in their original packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to info@feenem.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 13 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Please securely pack the trousers in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 57 business days.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us firstunauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or no longer needing the item: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not liable for packages lost in transit that lack tracking information.

Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 57 business days. If you do not receive the refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us at info@feenem.com.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This allows you to receive the correct item as quickly as possible while the return process is underway.

Damaged or Defective Trousers

We inspect every item before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Please email info@feenem.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos in the email.

3. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Please do not discard the damaged item until you have received a response from us.

7. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Please contact us at info@feenem.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has shipped, we cannot cancel ithowever, you may return the item following the standard return process outlined above after it arrives.

8. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws, including rights granted by the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) for orders shipped to California.
