1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Order Cut-off Time
We aim to process orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on business days on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
We process orders quickly; however, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@feenem.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make modifications.
3. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after order processing is complete. Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is processed and shipped, not the date the order was placed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or in the event of unexpected carrier delays, shipping times may be extended by 1-3 business days. We will notify you via email if your order is affected.

All packages are shipped via UPS, depending on your location, package size, and carrier capacity. Specific carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows no updates for 5 business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your package, please email info@feenem.com with your order number. We will verify the situation with the carrier and arrange for a reshipment or a full refund.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt, providing your order number along with photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund. Please do not discard the damaged items until you receive further instructions.
10. Incorrect Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee will be charged. If you need to change your address, please email info@feenem.com immediately; we will do our best to update it before the order ships, though we cannot guarantee changes once the shipping process has begun.
