We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. For returns due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

14. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration against Feene. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds this waiver unenforceable, the aforementioned arbitration provisions shall apply equally to any class or collective claims.
